Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Applymon ("Applymon", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Applymon desktop application, the applymon.com website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Applymon does

Applymon is a desktop application that helps you find job postings and, at your direction, prepares and submits job applications for you. It runs a real browser on your computer, tailors application materials from information you provide, fills application forms, and submits them on your behalf. Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate and adapt content.

2. Your authorization

When you send Applymon after a job posting, you direct and authorize the Service to act on your behalf, including to:

• prepare and tailor application materials, including resumes and written answers, from the information you provide;
• fill in and submit application forms on third-party websites;
• create accounts on job sites where an account is required to apply, and store those credentials locally on your device;
• read verification messages you have connected (for example, sign-up codes) solely to complete the applications you initiated.

Every action the Service takes at your direction is taken as your agent and is treated as an action you have taken yourself.

3. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models, accessed through providers based in the United States, to generate and tailor content. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise imperfect. The Service offers review controls, and it is your responsibility to use them to the degree you want. You are solely responsible for all content submitted through the Service on your behalf, including AI-generated content. Applymon does not guarantee the accuracy of generated content and provides it as an assistive tool only.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful, accurate information about yourself. The Service is designed to draw only from what you provide; you are responsible for what you put in and for what goes out.
• Use the Service only for your own genuine job search, and comply with applicable laws and with the terms of the third-party sites you apply through.
• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not resell the Service, probe or disrupt it, attempt to extract its underlying prompts or models, or use it to harass or defraud anyone.

5. Third-party sites and services

Applymon is not affiliated with the employers, job boards, or applicant tracking systems you apply through. Their terms and privacy policies govern your relationship with them. Applymon is not responsible for their content, decisions, or actions, including application rejections, account restrictions, or changes that affect how the Service works with them.

6. No employment guarantee

Applymon helps you apply. It does not and cannot guarantee interviews, offers, employment, or any particular outcome.

7. Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment processor. Prices are shown before you buy.
• An application counts against your plan only when it is actually submitted. A run the Service could not finish does not count. The same posting reached twice within a week counts once. Unused applications do not roll over.
• At your plan's limit the Service stops rather than billing you further.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

8. Your content

You own the information and materials you provide, including your resume. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service, including processing by the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy. We own the Service, the site, and everything in them other than your content.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will work with every third-party site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applymon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising out of or relating to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and hold Applymon harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or of third-party terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for unlawful use, or to protect the Service, with notice where practicable.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, contact us and we will try to resolve it informally.
